Diane Marshall, Principal, Change Communications Lead
Diane is a Certified Management Consultant and globally Certified Change Management Professional ™ who specializes in change management, stakeholder relations, corporate communications and marketing. Trained in the Solutions Focus approach for organizational change and certified in PROSCI change management, Diane brings a positive collaborative spirit to her work with clients. Her background as a journalist has been instrumental in helping her dig deep into research, to ask the difficult questions, and, in turn, develop compelling authentic communication plans and tactics that hit the mark.
Claire M. Tallarico, Senior Communications and Policy Advisor
Claire M Tallarico is a senior communications and policy advisor in the health and not for profit sectors.
She has served as chief of communications in two of Canada’s leading teaching and research hospitals and as a senior press secretary in New York’s City Hall. A two-year stint at one of Silicon Valley's most respected public affairs firms deepened her understanding of the strong connection between strategic communications and business planning. In 2019, Claire spent six months as interim strategic communications director at the Conference Board of Canada, the country’s largest independent think tank.
Claire works closely with carefully chosen partners to create, understand and champion change.
She is a collaborative problem solver and curious thinker who takes a measured and creative approach to storytelling and strategic planning. This approach translates to solid insights and counsel to her clients, flawless execution of media relations campaigns, and rigorous data-driven evaluation and measurement of communications strategies and tactics.
Cailey Marshall, Social Media Lead
Cailey, a recent graduate in Communications and Media Studies at Carleton University, provides invaluable knowledge of ever-evolving social media channels and trends. With experience in administrative work, digital media, customer service, and marketing, we rely on Cailey to develop targeted content and campaigns that keep the buzz going without being extraneous. Her latest project was with Coalition Music where she managed a broad portfolio related to day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Responsibilities included updating and designing one-sheets for artists, media, social stat and playlist tracking for the label's roster, auditing company and artist Wikipedia and informational pages, brainstorming ideas for marketing new artists and more.
She also has experience working with the non-profit organization, Dress for Success, where she worked as a Communications Coordinator. At Dress for Success, she worked closely with the Development and Programming Manager and the Executive Director to create and disseminate information to internal and external partners to help create lasting relationships. Her role consisted of building a multi-platform media communications campaign for International Women's Day 2020 from the ground up and supported the ongoing social communications for the charity through software like MailChimp and designing and updating web page content.
Tamara Woolman, Wellness Lead
Tamara Woolman has 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, including 15 years advising leadership as an HR Business Partner, specializing in performance management, talent development and employee engagement. She led the Wellness, Benefits & Disability portfolio for Deloitte Canada and collaborated to create a wellness model for Deloitte globally. She has an Associate’s degree in Group Benefits from Dalhousie University and recently certified in Workplace Mental Health Leadership program through Queens University Faculty of Health Sciences.
Teresa Pagnutti, Public and Media Relations Lead
Teresa is a consummate public relations practitioner and media relations expert with a strong background in the not-for-profit, financial services and agency sectors. She provides clients with strategic counsel and media insight to help brands tell their stories authentically, with confidence. As senior consultant at Environics Communications, Teresa gained a reputation for her ability to generate above-the-fold news and for her collaborative style in leading campaigns and managing reputational issues. Key clients in her portfolio included The Globe and Mail, Investors Group and Invis Mortgage Intelligence.
